What "specialized" actually means for emergency waterproofing at our company — not a marketing word, a set of specific practices.
Emergency dispatch operates continuously, including nights, weekends, and holidays — water damage doesn't wait for business hours and neither do we.
We carry portable generators for extraction equipment in situations where storm damage has also knocked out power to the property.
Even under emergency conditions, you'll receive a written quote before extraction work begins — emergency response doesn't mean opaque or inflated after-the-fact billing.
Air movers and dehumidification equipment are deployed immediately after extraction to begin drying affected materials before secondary damage like mold sets in.
Each service below is scoped specifically to emergency waterproofing, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.
Extraction is followed immediately by moisture mapping to identify how far water has traveled into wall assemblies and subflooring, not just what's visible on the surface.
Temporary backup pumping can be deployed on arrival while a permanent replacement is sourced if your specific model isn't in stock.
Temporary measures are explicitly communicated as interim steps, not a permanent fix, so you understand exactly what follow-up work is still needed.
Storm-driven flooding often brings contaminated water requiring different handling than clean groundwater seepage — we assess water category on arrival and adjust our approach accordingly.
This buys time for a proper permanent repair to be scheduled without the situation worsening in the interim.
Four steps, start to finish — from your emergency call to a stabilized, drying property.
Active flooding or rising water gets the fastest possible response commitment we can make, communicated clearly on the call.
You'll receive a direct callback with a realistic arrival estimate, not a vague 'someone will call you back' response.
You'll receive a written quote for emergency extraction and stabilization before that work is billed, even under urgent conditions.
Emergency extraction work carries a written service guarantee, and we follow up to confirm drying is progressing as expected.
